NRA Refuse To Be A Victim (Full Course)

This instructor led, classroom based, course teaches students the tips, techniques, and practices you need in order to be alerted to dangerous situations, and offers advice on how to avoid confrontations with criminals and would-be attackers. This content is especially well suited for persons wanting to increase their situational awareness and learn about basic protective measures for their home, dorm room, and other aspects of everyday life. NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course (Full Course)

This instructor led course is intended for all individuals regardless of previous shooting experience. The format is divided between classroom and range time. Topics covered include: gun safety rules, proper operation of revolvers and semi-automatic pistols, ammunition knowledge and selection, pistol selection and storage, shooting fundamentals, pistol inspection and maintenance, marksmanship, and range safety. NTS Multi-County CCW License 8 Hour (Initial)

This 8 hour instructor led, classroom and ranged based, course is designed to meet the official California Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) License initial issuance requirements established by the Sheriffs in El Dorado and Placer Counties. We will cover important topics such as; Firearms Safety, Basic Handgun Operations, Legal Aspects of Self-Defense, Situational Awareness & Conflict Avoidance, Defensive Shooting Considerations, Post Incident Actions, and Preparing for the Aftermath of Violent Encounters. *Please note that if your county requires 16 hours of training you will need to select a different option in the dropdown menu. USCCA Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals (Full Course)

This instructor led, classroom based, course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive overview of the fundamentals of home security, firearms related legal matters, and firearms basics. You will learn how to better secure your home against a home invasion, we'll cover the legal aspects of concealed carry and the use of deadly force, and we'll discuss the use of firearms and shooting fundamentals. Topics of focus include; developing a personal & home protection plan, self-defense firearm basics, shooting fundamentals, the legal use of force, violent encounters and their aftermath, gear and gadgets, and basic & advanced skills. USCCA Defensive Shooting Fundamentals - Level One (Full Course)

This instructor led, classroom and range based, course is designed to take you past basic firearms operation by introducing concepts in specific, tested methods of armed self-defense. From stance to grip to physical shooting technique, DSF Level One will help you hone the edge of your inner warrior expert. We will work to align your mind, body, and firearm through education and training on the body's response to stress in ambush situations. This instructor led, classroom based, course is designed to help you develop a protection plan for your home and personal activities. We'll cover several important topics such as; crime trends, conflict avoidance, situational awareness, the color codes of awareness, action vs. reaction, observing your environment, planning for home security, mental preparedness exercises, and how concealed carry permits support your safety. USCCA Self-Defense Firearms Basics (Mini Class)

This instructor led, classroom based, course is designed to introduce you to concepts related to selecting and using appropriate self-defense oriented firearms and other tools. We will cover many key topics including; firearms safety rules and considerations, proper cleaning and nomenclature of semi-automatics and revolvers, handgun action types, pros and cons of different handgun types, ammunition basics, shotgun and rifle options, and less-than-lethal tools. This instructor led, classroom based, course is designed to help students prepare for what comes after the fight of their lives. We will cover important concepts like; understanding fight or flight response, the body's reaction to extreme stress, issuing commands and reviewing our options, the choice to use deadly force, the immediate aftermath, and cooperating with law enforcement. This instructor led, classroom and range based, course is designed to introduce new shooters to the basics of handgun operation. These instructor led, classroom based, mini classes are designed to introduce students to individual concepts from the more comprehensive "Full Course". We will address foundational topics such as; patient assessment, traumatic emergencies, medical emergencies, and building your own first aid kits. USCCA Emergency First Aid Fundamentals (Full Course)

This instructor led, classroom based, course is designed to help students bridge the gap between the occurrence of certain medical emergencies and the arrival of EMS personnel or the patients' delivery to the emergency room. We will cover life-sustaining topics such as; patient assessment, bleeding control, chest injuries, compromised airway, spinal injuries, broken bones, and more. While this course will not certify you as a medical professional it may help you keep a loved one, co-worker, total stranger, or even yourself, alive until professional assistance can be rendered.
