This instructor led, classroom and range based, course is designed to provide students with the knowledge required to receive, or renew, a Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) license from your Sheriff's Department. Our training is certified in the California based counties of El Dorado and Sacramento. *We're working to add Amador, Placer, San Joaquin, and Yolo in the coming months. General firearms topics covered will include; personal and public safety precautions, related legal matters, and basic pistol operations. You will learn how to prevent, avoid, and respond to situations requiring the use of force, we'll cover the legal aspects of concealed carry and the use of deadly force, and we'll discuss the storage, handling, and use of firearms and shooting fundamentals. Additional topics of focus include; self-defense firearm basics, violent encounters and their aftermath, gear and gadgets, and basic & advanced skills. All students will be required to pass a safe firearms handling and County specified course of fire in order to receive a training certificate.

- Initial Issue - 8 hours (Amador, El Dorado, Placer) // $195
- Initial Issue - 16 hours (Sacramento & Yolo) // $265
- Renewal - 4 hours (All Counties) // $125

*Students are responsible for providing their own ammunition (150 training rounds + 50 additional rounds for each firearm listed on your license application).
